Welcome to the registration process for Calvary Baptist Academy. We are excited about your interest in joining our school family and partnering with you in your child’s education. This page is designed to guide you through the required steps and ensure a smooth registration experience.
Before You Begin
Please review the following information before completing the registration form:
- Registration is required for all new and returning students
- A separate form must be completed for each student
- Registration is not considered complete until all required documents are submitted

Required Information
During registration, you may be asked to provide the following:
- Student personal information
- Parent or guardian contact details
- Emergency contact information
- Previous school records
- Medical or health information
- Agreement to school policies and procedures
Having this information ready will help you complete the process more quickly.

Important Information
Member Tuition Rate: At least one parent must be a member in good standing of Calvary Baptist Church. Pastors also qualify for the Member Tuition Rate. All others should refer to the Non-Member Tuition Schedule.
Available Discounts: 5% discount if paid in full by May 1, 2025. Multiple children in a family enrolled (see tuition schedules)
Registration Fees: Register by May 1st and the fee is waived. After May 1st the fee is $250/family.
Technology Fee: $150/annually per family or $15/month per family for 10 months.
Books: Parents are responsible for the cost of books. The students books (K4-12th) will be order by the academy and the parents will be invoiced at the beginning of August. The book fee is due by the start of the school year.
Monthly Invoices: Tuition statements will be mailed monthly beginning on August 1st, with the first payment due on August 15th. The last invoice will be sent on May 1st.
(Unless prior arrangements are made, any accounts past due for a period of 60 days will result in the suspension of the student(s) for whom that account exists. Voluntary withdrawal is not a basis for refund of tuition unless one full term’s notice has been given. In any case, the refund shall not exceed one-half of the fee for the future term.)
